Your room and bathroom are there to take comfort in. We believe it’s important for each student to have a proper sanctuary in order to retreat inward, reflect, and recharge after an intense day of class. Each room is furnished with a wardrobe, table, and chairs, and a private bathroom. 24hours hot and cold water facility for a soothing warm shower after a full day of practice.

Our home is clean, airy , and simply furnished to encourage ease and inner calm. There’s a peaceful surrounding that is suitable for resting time, self-studying, and meditation after practicing yoga intensely. You will find, however, that a good night’s sleep is what we’re known for in both private and dorm room accommodation

Atha Yoga Sadhana, we believe that pure food builds a pure mind. We provide you with sattvic prepared meals to nourish your yoga, inner stillness, and general health as part of your retreat with us.
We cook all of our meals fresh with natural, seasonal, and vegetarian ingredients. He steers clear of processed foods, too many spices, and anything that is artificial, including onion, garlic, and all preservatives, to support the life force known as sattvic nourishment. Each meal has been created to satisfy the body, pacify the mind, and lift pranic forces.
Our yogic menu goes hand in hand with your daily asana, pranayama, and meditation practice, and contributes to your feeling light, energized, and focused throughout the day. Food is eaten quietly and calmly to experience mindful eating and gratitude.
